Collina 武蔵小山 集合住宅｜An apartment complex Collina Musashi-Koyama

耐火木造建築物による集合住宅。品川区の小さい敷地に３フロア、５室のアパートを計画した。敷地形状に従った２つの角度が異なる面と３層のレイヤーにより表情豊かなファサードを構成している。一人暮らしを想定し、引戸により開放的に使える洗面とすることで、限りある空間を出来るだけ広く感じられる内装設計を行なった。

Originally it was a fire-resistant wooden apartment building. There were 3 stories and 5 apartments on a small site in Tokyo. I designed a massive façade divided into three sections with angles aligned to the site shape. The extensive use of sliding doors was intended to allow a single tenant to utilize the limited space more effectively.
