Lecture to "Oku-Nikko Regional Development Council"

平本英行が、「奥日光地域づくり住民協議会」の第十回勉強会の講師をさせていただきました。景観づくりの観点から、「奥日光をもっと奥日光らしく。旅行者の期待を満たす環境とは。」というテーマでお話しさせていただきました。この後４月に、奥日光エリアは環境省脱炭素先行地域に選定され、平本は「奥日光地域づくり住民協議会」のアドバイザー及び「環境エネルギー部会」のオブザーバーを拝命しております。Hideyuki Hiramoto gave a lecture at the 10th study session of the "Oku-Nikko Regional Development Council". As a perspective on landscape creation, I talked on the theme of "Oku-Nikko has to be more like Oku-Nikko, what kind of landscape fits the expectations of tourists?". In April 2023, the Oku-Nikko area was selected as a leading decarbonization area by the Ministry of the Environment, and Hideyuki Hiramoto was appointed an adviser for the Oku-Nikko Regional Development Council and an observer for the Environment and Energy Subcommittee.

(Architetto Guido Pietropoli)日本とイタリアの間に橋を渡すことは、我々にとって大変喜ばしいことです。願わくば、この橋の上、すなわち我々の貴重な友情の上に、すばらしいプロジェクトを乗せて行きたいと考えております。（建築家 グイド・ピエトロポーリ）グイド・ピエトロポーリは、ヴェネツィア大学建築学部をカルロ・スカルパのもとにて卒業。ル・コルビュジェのアトリエで働いた後、自らの設計事務所を設立し、カルロ・スカルパとの恊働設計を開始、同時にカルロ・スカルパの助手としてヴェネツィア大学にて授業を担当した。現在では、息子であり建築家のマルティーノと共に、公共施設や居住施設の建築設計およびプロダクトデザインを行っている。また、カルロ・スカルパの後継第一人者として、世界中の展覧会に招聘され、関連書籍への寄稿も多数行っている。We are very pleased to be building a bridge between Japan and Italy. (Architect Guido Pietropoli)Guido Pietropoli attended the Architectural Institute of Venice University with Prof. Carlo Scarpa. After working in the studio of Le Corbusier, he started to work as a professional architect, opening his studio and collaborating on projects with Prof. Carlo Scarpa. He was also an assistant lecturer on Educational activities on Prof. Carlo Scarpa’s Architectural Planning Courses at the Architectural Institute of Venice University. Now he is working on some public or residential architectural projects and some product design with his son, the architect Martino. He has been invited to some exhibitions around the world, and has contributed to many related books, as a successor to Carlo Scarpa.

Magis was founded in 1976 in Northern Italy, and since then they have developed to become a global design player staying true to their core value: pushing the boundaries of design. Hiramoto Design Studio is supporting Magis Japan as a partner interior designer, providing some space designs in collaboration with their products.

ミラノにて創業１００年になるリーテールスペースのプロモーション全般のデザイン／製作を行う会社。展示什器、インテリア家具、パッケージング、アート作品、ウィンドウディスプレイなどに関して、多くの著名ブランドの信頼を得ています。協業により、日本で難しい製作物の導入が可能になります。Giovanardi was founded in Milan over 100 years ago for designing/producing promotional tools for retail spaces. They are trusted by many prestigious companies regarding display equipment, interior furniture, packaging, art and window display etc. By collaborating with them, we can install some particular equipment that would be difficult to produce in Japan.

「佳松御苑」が、高級ホテル／旅館予約で有名なサイト「一休.com」にて札幌／定山渓エリアで一位になりました。ホテル企画の際に掲げた目標のひとつを達成いたしました。"Kasho Gyoen Hotel" has been rated No.1 in Sapporo/Jozankei on the "Ikyu" hotel site, the famous booking site for prestigious hotels. We are so proud, since it was our mission when we were creating the concept for this hotel.
